JOB DESCRIPTION: Under supervision, collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive market research, identifying strategic gaps and opportunities; provide data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making in operations, hiring, and retention policies; develop statistical and simulation models to inform internal business decisions aimed at improving operational effectiveness and efficiency; utilize AI-driven psychological principles, assessment tools, and interview feedback to foster career growth among individual executive clients; enhance the comprehensive customer engagement model by integrating factors such as talent pool availability, recruiting team capability, and client approachability; improve client and internal team employee retention by implementing best practices in employee expectation management, engagement, and experience management, including conducting separation interviews when necessary; support and refine employee incentive plans, considering short-term financial incentives, long-term bonus plans, and corporate ownership, to retain top talent; analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth; utilize expertise on popular social media platforms to enhance client engagement and outreach strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Information Management, or Computer Science.
